About Us
Southern Paws Inc. is a NJ based Non-Profit 501c3 organization that works very closely with southern rescue groups and shelters to provide needed homes for dogs in the southern United States.
Through our program we also work to help them gain needed resources and funding that is strongly lacking in these areas. It is our goal to not only provide loving homes for these dogs but to also help better our sister shelters and shelter life in the Southern states. Unlike many other rescues, the majority of our profits go right back into the pockets of the southern shelters who need the most support.
We do our own transports twice a month and send supplies down to our sister shelters in need. We are a small foster based rescue but since being founded in 2014, we have saved the lives of over 3,700 dogs.
We are built on the foundation that teamwork makes the dream work and we have networked to save over three times this amount. We are a team of people young and old who all believe in the same mission: to be a hope for the hopeless and a voice for the voiceless.
