Thank you for supporting Southern Paws! All proceeds from our online shop directly support our rescue dogs, so we ask that you review our return policy carefully.

• All sales are final. Because purchases help fund medical care, transport, and daily needs for our dogs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
   

• Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
   

• Books and gift items. Books, donation-based items, and seasonal gift bags are non-refundable.
   

• Shipping issues. Southern Paws is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier, but we’re always happy to help troubleshoot when possible.
